These cards are perfect for randomly pairing pupils or just as a fun activity/ brain break for the whole class to take part in and get them moving around the classroom. You can hand these cards out randomly and ask the children to find their partner (the person with the matching card), for example, the child with the ‘dog’ card would pair up with the child with the ‘bone’ card. This resource contains enough cards for 20 pair’s (40 pupils) so you can pick and chose which card pairs you wish to use if there is too many for your class. Available with a plain black border or a pastel border. This idea was inspired by the ‘Favourite Resources Section’ in the “Let’s Talk: Teacher Training Guide” published on TES.
